We're seeking dynamic, results-driven SaaS Account Managers who are passionate about customer success and ready to make an impact.
Position Overview:

The SaaS Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 250 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role is essential in maintaining and improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), enhancing customer relationships, and contributing to Convert's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Maintain and improve NRR by ensuring that existing customers renew their contracts and increase their spending through engagement and strategic account management.
• Upsell/Cross-sell Performance: Identify and act on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Success & Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that they see value in our solutions, are fully engaged with the product, and have a positive experience.
• Customer Health Monitoring: Track customer engagement, usage, and satisfaction to identify potential churn risks and address issues proactively.
• Performance Metrics: Regularly track and report on NRR improvement, upsell/cross-sell revenue, and customer satisfaction using relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Customer Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handover and ongoing customer engagement.
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding customers when needed to ensure they are set up for success from the beginning.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role in SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships, increasing NRR, and driving upsell/cross-sell revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and prioritize workload.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Support.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decision-making.
• Customer-first approach with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
