Duties and Responsibilities of Stock Control Specialist:
• The aptitude to perform tasks is necessary, irrespective of the availability of accommodations.

• Manages customer purchases, conducts cleaning duties as required, arranges products on shelves, and presents items in an orderly and systematic manner
• Offering quality assistance to customers is crucial for ensuring that their shopping experience is both enjoyable and successful
• Building good working relationships with your team members and regularly communicating with store management can help ensure that everyone is working towards the same priorities
• Regular feedback for management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues fosters a culture of continuous improvement within an organization. It signals to employees that management is open to feedback and willing to make changes and improvements based on that feedback
• Follow the inventory count instructions and keep track of inventory for precision
• By following the established cash policies and procedures, financial losses are kept to a minimum
• Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed and that documents and data are kept confidential and secure
• Additional tasks allocated as necessary
Physical Demands of Stock Control Specialist:
• Skillfulness in moving merchandise from store receiving to shelves; adeptness in positioning products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves that may have different elevations
• Being on the move is a daily requirement for this position, involving sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking around the store
• Able to carry out duties with or without practical adjustments
Qualifications of Stock Control Specialist:
• ALDI is currently hiring for a position that requires applicants to be 18 years of age or older

• Operating a legal liquor business involves meeting all state and local requirements established for selling and handling alcoholic beverages
Education and Experience of Stock Control Specialist:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
