We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering impactful digital content and media strategies. As the Director of Digital Content and Media, you will oversee a team of four marketers with responsibilities for web content, UX, paid media and social media. This role is responsible for the strategic creation of digital content and media initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive content-driven campaigns that generate interest and conversion with our target markets across Texas Capital’s multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate should also have a current working knowledge of marketing technologies and how to optimize content and campaigns to create scale. This is a critical role in Texas Capital’s Marketing organization as the firm is a branch light organization.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive annual digital content and media marketing content strategies that drive business growth and are aligned to overall business objectives across web, paid digital media and social media.
• Develop content and media campaigns that drive clients and prospects through the path-to-purchase journey which are aligned to optimized client journeys.
• Create annual media plans in partnership with external agency partners that optimize our marketing spend to those opportunities which will generate the greatest return for all stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse media agency team to ensure media plans align with long-term strategic objectives across all consumer and commercial lines of business.
• Closely manage a multimillion-dollar media budget, ensuring that creative assets align to quarterly media calendars.
• Ensure that web content across all lines of business align to the customer path-to-purchase journey which includes SEO and SEM.
• Serve as the SME to internal teams, specifically the Sales Enablement team, on opportunities to capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organizational goals.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Technology to define overall data and process architecture.

Qualifications:
• 10-12 years of experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.) or other relevant degree: Master’s preferred.
• Track record of leading multiple large campaigns across multiple digital channels simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in dynamic and fast-paced organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actional.
• Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem as it applies specifically to web, media and social media.
• Hands on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, paid and social media management tools and content management tools.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, A/B and multivariate ad testing with a working experience in HTML, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the purpose of driving deeper cross-functional alignment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.
