Job Summary
The Director of Paid Media will lead performance marketing for multiple lines of business. This role involves managing large data sets, developing paid media strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Director will oversee monthly budgets, optimize campaigns, and evaluate new media channels to maximize ROI. Key responsibilities also include staying updated on industry trends, presenting performance reports, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of digital media planning, buying, and management
• Prior experience in Demand Generation and team leadership
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
