Senior Logistics Product Support Analyst

Leidos

Description

Leidos currently has an opening for a Logistics Product Support Analyst to support the Advanced Battle Management System’s (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Network Manager program. In this mission we support the Department of Air Force’s (DAF) to field and operate the ABMS Digital Infrastructure. The Logistics Product Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the logistics planning, analyses, and execution for all performers delivering the ABMS DI Network capability.

ABMS is a top modernization priority for the DAF and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across the Department of Defense. That broader effort is known as Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). As envisioned, JADC2 will allow U.S. forces from all services — as well as allies and partners — to sense, make sense and act upon a vast array of data and information faster than adversaries can detect and respond

Primary Responsibilities.
• The Logistics Product Support Analyst will be responsible for leading the efforts to develop reports and CDRL’s, implementing Integrated Logistics Support principles and metrics.
• Assist in the development and maintainability of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that supports the applicable Integrated Product Support Elements activities to meet ABMS DI Network requirements
• Oversee the DMSMS program, ensuring multidisciplinary process and procedures are enforced on the Life Cycle Management Data and Health Assessment Reports
• Analyze Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), support or develop updates as required
• Assist in developing and maintaining a Logistics Product Support Analysis Package
• Assist with developing Provisioning and Logistics Product Data to ensure on schedule delivery with engineering development and program demands
• Assist with the development of a Supply Support Plan for the program

Basic Qualifications.
• Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience
• Strong understanding of performance-based logistics metrics, reliability, availability, supportability analysis and reporting, provisioning, and sustainment engineering reports. Preferably complex network design, development, and deployment
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DOD) Product Support requirements and system development logistics-related matters
• Working level experience with Product Support Analyses (Provisioning, LORA, and MTA)
• Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications.
• Prior experience working Integrated Logistics Support efforts with the United States Air Force
• Experience managing projects with cross functional teams
• Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives
