Seeking experienced insurance person with a competitive go getter attitude. Must be well disciplined, hardworking organized and driven. Strong computer skills, communication skills and teamwork are a must. Must be licensed in Insurance (personal lines) or be willing to become licensed. Strong phone skills and networking a must.
Create sales through office leads as well as create a lead network through referrals. Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as being able to effectively structure your time management. Ideal candidates must have the ability to learn the specific coverages and underwriting of Allstate.
Punctuality, loyalty and ambition a must. Proficiency in word, excel, outlook and lead management/CRM systems required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
