key responsibilities
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocol
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment
• Ensure quality control standards are met during the production process
• Follow operational procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in operating machinery, in a high volume manufacturing or industrial setting
• Mechanical aptitude
• Possess excellent teamwork abilities, organizational skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work all shifts including 12- hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
