Description:
Seeking a Hardware Technician to join our team and make an impact in an important role with an emphasis on maintaining critical lab tests and equipment. Day to day tasks range from performing maintenance on lab hardware, tracking lab inventory and running lab automation. This is a swing shift position from 5pm-12am.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance on lab equipment and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment and hardware when issues are identified.
• Assist in test automation execution when necessary and communicate results to engineering/development stakeholders.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance performed in lab.
• Keep inventory of lab equipment up to date.
• Ensure the lab is clean and free of debris.
• Create, update and maintain technical documentation of lab efforts.
Shift: Swing shift 5pm-12am

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Must be a US person
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work in proximity with others.
• Must be agile and able to adapt to shifting work requests and priorities.
• Self-motivated and driven, able to identify tasks and execute with little prompting.
• Experience as a technician in a test environment is desired.
• Soldering skills (SMD) are a plus.
• Experience with Windows client/server operating systems and image deployment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to read, work with and create schematics and/or technical diagrams.
• Strong organizational skills.
Compensation Range: $30-$35/hr
