You Will
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4
Collaborate with the Accounts team to understand client goals, target audience, and business objectives.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop custom dashboards and reports to track metrics and measure campaign efficacy.
Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams to improve website performance, enhance user experience, and drive conversions.
Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Act as a trusted partner to our clients, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to help them achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital agency analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Google Analytics & Google Ads certification
Strong analytical skills with a passion for drawing insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and client-ready messages.
A growth mindset centered around staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in analytics.
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, business, or a related field
Experience utilizing various content management systems such as WordPress
