Discover Financial Services is seeking a passionate bilingual/Spanish speaking professional to join our Personal Loans team in a remote capacity. If you’re an experienced, motivated individual with strong communication and customer service skills, we want you to be part of our team!The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with fluency in both English and Spanish. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the Personal Loans industry and a solid background in finance. Additionally, you should be comfortable navigating computer systems and have strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.We are looking for an individual with an outgoing, personable attitude who is able to build and maintain relationships both with customers and internal stakeholders.
