Consilio's Direct Hire Division is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney on behalf of our client, an AMLAW 25 law firm. They are looking for someone with four to six years of commercial real estate experience. The role will offer substantive responsibility and opportunity for growth; you will be provided with significant responsibility and client contact, while working closely with shareholders who will devote substantial time and energy toward training and mentoring, and providing exposure and counseling on the client development process. You will be mentored not only on the legal technicalities of a national real estate practice, but on the business ad relationship skills necessary to become a first chair accomplished real estate attorney.
Additional requirements: You should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high and positive energy level, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. The successful candidate will have prior experience at a regional or national law firm. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
