Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements for various projects within our organization. Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years of professional BA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eager to learn and contribute to the success of projects.

Work Hours: Standard Business Hours, 40 hours a week

Work Type: 3 - 6 month contract with possibility to extend or convert!

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the development of functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
• Support the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
• Help prepare training materials and user documentation.
• Provide support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $52.00 per hour
