Support online externally facing web properties through analytics reporting. Work closely with the web optimization team and business partners for analytics tag requirements gathering. Partner with development teams to ensure analytics tagging and implementation standards are followed, including development of data layer strategies. Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website important metrics in various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats (page views, clicks, conversion, etc.). Act as an internal specialist on GoogleTag Manager and Google Analytics capabilities and site tagging. Assist with QA effort of all tagging throughout the site. Implement/improve website tagging process. Assist with analysis and reporting on efficiency of new site feature launches.
