Job Title: Sales Strategy Operations Manager (Hybrid) Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs) FLSA: Exempt Job Overview: As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager with strong data analytics skills to join our team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize sales opportunities and streamline operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in sales operations. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall sales operations of the business to deliver market share, revenue, and margin goals. Directs and oversees business' sales practices, which includes developing sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures. Effectively manages deal strategies, making strategic sales investments, as well as performing capacity planning and revenue recognition. Provides insight and develops priorities for sales projects by understanding customer and competitive situation. Engages in developing value proposition and product differentiation, while optimizing business goals and constraints. Establishes sales standards and manages budgetary controls. Usually possesses a mix of technical & business skills, and achieves business results through multi-function collaboration. Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, evaluate sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and methodologies to support accurate planning and decision-making. Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales objectives, territories, and quotas. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives. Provide guidance and support to the sales team on sales strategy implementation and best practices. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience 5+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on data analytics. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
