Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related discipline with 1 - 3 years in a related field is highly preferred; or an Associates Degree in a related field with 2 - 4 years of experience; or a High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in Case Management is required.Benefits:Insurance: All full-time employees have the option to select one of four medical plans between Kaiser and Sutter, dental PPO and accidental life insurance.
