We are currently seeking full-time Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to join our growing TPA firm.
• *EXPERIENCE WITH POOLED & BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS PREFERRED**

The ideal candidate will:
Currently hold an active QKA Designation or higher designationHave a minimum of 3 years of experience with 401(k) retirement plans, preferably in a TPA environmentHave 1-2 years of accounting experience is a plusThrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environmentWork efficiently in a remote environment (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities include:
Administer an assigned book of plans to include reviewing and reconciling plan activity and assets and prepare Form 5500; coordinate with plan sponsors to help ensure timely filingRun annual compliance tests and deliver report packages timelyPartner with Sales on plan design questions/recommendationsReview plans for RMDs, calculate RMDs when neededProvide superior customer service, including problem solving with minimal inconvenience to clientsWork both independently and collaboratively with team members and managersPartner and communicate effectively with plan sponsors, attorneys, actuaries, and financial advisorsReview calculationsMentor and support a small team of Plan AdministratorsReview work and provide feedback and guidance as neededTrain and mentor team members to assist in their professional developmentBe a resource for compliance research and recommendationsStay current with ERISA laws through self-study and company-sponsored training sessionsEnsure deadlines are met throughout the Plan YearMay manage special projects as assignedWork independently with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDFsWork independently with Relius, ftwilliam.com and PensionProBe a team playerHave knowledge and experience of various recordkeeping sitesPossess strong time management and organizational skillsPossess good interpersonal skills, including oral and written communicationPossess good reconciliation skills and strong problem-solving skillsBe capable of multi-tasking, while maintaining focus and attention to details

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $60,000 - $90,000 plus Discretionary Bonus
