If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Senior Content Specialist role at Thomson Reuters.

As a Senior Content Specialist, you will be a key member of the Australian & New Zealand Content Operations team, responsible for publishing tasks across AEM. You will collaborate with editorial teams to upload and manage content for various print and online products, using Content Management Systems, Metadata and XML. You will also troubleshoot issues and contribute to system improvements.

About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Over 6 years of experience in content management, publishing, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Parliament, ANZ Legislation, Court Rules and Judicial proceedings.
• Proficient knowledge of editorial standards, products and systems.
• Technical proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Visual Basic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in tackling complex issues.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

About You:

As a Senior Content Specialist, you will also:
• Ensure quality by reviewing documentation, adhering to editorial standards set by Sydney/Melbourne/New Zealand teams and evaluating work to guarantee that information is accurately presented and organized.
• Work effectively with external contacts including virtual and off-site teams/vendors or sourcing partners; coordinate and oversee the global production team's tasks as well as those of content providers, sourcing partners, government officials and others as needed. Ensure production schedules are adhered to and deadlines met.
• Participate in and potentially lead new product development, enhancement projects and system testing and implementation.
• Research and respond to content inquiries from Editors with clear and accurate information.
• Troubleshoot XML tagging issues.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of XSLT to improve content transformation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues that may arise during content operations.
• The hybrid work schedule includes 2 days of working from home and 3 days of returning to the office.
• Work Hours: 6am – 3pm (IST)
• Flexible in adopting additional tasks and projects.
