About You

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our restoration services.

Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, and plumbers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' restoration needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Document and manage relationships using our CRM platform.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of success in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the restoration industry and experience working with insurance companies is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
