The Team
Our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) team sits within the broader Global Marketing Analytics Team. By leveraging the state-of-the-art models, we aim at building an in-house marketing effectiveness measurement and optimization solution. We will be a strategic partner to Marketing Organization to drive business-critical insight and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms
• Provide data-driven insights and optimization scenarios based on our MMM solution.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Implement marketing mix models to forecast marketing performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather the data required for building models
• Influence stakeholders to make business decisions in alignment with global measurement approaches
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and optimization scenarios based on our MMM solution.
• Interpret results from marketing mix models and translate them into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support marketing decisions
Job Requirements
• MS/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing performance modeling and optimization including marketing mix modeling
• + years of experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, particularly regression analysis and time series modeling
• Proficiency in programming and query languages like Python, R and SQL.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology.
• Experience in leveraging marketing mix modeling to optimize marketing strategies.
• Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs
• Experience with cloud technology; particularly Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and preprocessing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and data sources
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to tell compelling stories with data
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abili
