Role Overview
As the B2C Senior Copywriter, you will be the voice of WriteSea, crafting persuasive content that resonates with job seekers across our portfolio of 10-20 brands. Your expertise in job searching and career development will empower individuals to navigate their career journeys with confidence. You will work closely with our Head of Content & Growth, Leander Howard II, and a team of industry experts to deliver high-quality content that educates and inspires.

Your extensive experience in writing job searching content, coupled with your ability to manage multiple brands, will enable you to produce engaging material that drives conversions and enhances the user experience. Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, tailored content for various platforms, including personalized email campaigns, web content, blog posts, and video scripts, focusing on resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and networking.
• Brand Management: Oversee content for 10-20 brands, ensuring each maintains a unique voice and aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure content effectiveness, adapting strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on trends and best practices in career development, ensuring our content remains relevant and valuable.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a copywriter in a B2C environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing job searching and career development content.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of job searching topics, including resume writing, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on measuring and optimizing content performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
