Skills
• Strong aptitude for building rapport with customers
• Ability to stand on high ladders (up to 40 feet) and lift over 70 lbs
• Comfortable working in small spaces and varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Flexibility for travel as required

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers
• Educate homeowners on smart home possibilities
• Ensure exceptional customer service during installations
• Represent DISH in customers’ homes with professionalism

Qualifications
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting and climbing

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to customer satisfaction

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial, but not required
