Job Description

The Sales Order Administrator has primary responsibility for sales order entry. Specific responsibilities include order entry of customer purchase orders and maintenance of the customer master file in Netsuite. This position works very closely with the sales teams to resolve issues so that all orders are processed on a timely basis.

This position reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• Review all customer purchase orders and entered quotes, converting same into matching Netsuite. Verifies accuracy of part numbers, shipping details, sales teams, license keys & revenue recognition dates.
• Sales Manager approves all reviewed orders.
• Assists with error correction, both in Netsuite & License Server.
• Creates new customer SCP & end user records in Netsuite and Intranet based system used by License Server.
• Assists with Netsuite data clean up on an as needed basis.
• Works closely with sales representatives & operations team to ensure accurate & timely delivery of customer orders.
• Supports the retail team on direct customer business.
• Manages the administrative functions related to the Wendy’s business.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Associates Degree
• 3-5 years of sales support, customer service or administrative experience
• Team player with a can-do attitude who can work well across the organization
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks & work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office & Netsuite
