Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Game Partnerships to lead the development and management of key relationships with game manufacturers and complementary product providers. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Revenue, collaborating closely with existing partners to create impactful content roadmaps that cater to our domestic and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement the strategic roadmap for game products and platforms, ensuring a diverse and competitive portfolio.
• Engage in close collaboration with internal product owners and external third-party manufacturers for efficient game content management.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of both current and prospective customers to solidify the organization’s position as a leader in central determinant gaming content.
• Spearhead complex initiatives essential to the success of third-party game content products.
• Articulate a clear vision and strategy while fostering relationships across a diverse array of channel partners.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to achieve alignment across various teams.
• Balance immediate achievements with long-term, innovative game feature support initiatives.
• Partner with Product Management and Development teams to ensure integration of critical content-enabling technologies into the development roadmap.
• Prepare for frequent domestic and international travel to facilitate relationship management and strategic planning with game partners.
• Execute additional related responsibilities as needed.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying intricate concepts concisely.
• Adaptability to undertake varied roles to effectively support the team.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming industry dynamics, particularly in the context of slot machine game development and roadmap management.
• Strong analytical skills with a robust problem-solving acumen.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within the gaming industry, emphasizing slot machine game development and strategic roadmap execution.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis is required.
• Must maintain necessary licenses in all applicable jurisdictions.
