As part of an agile team, you will work in close coordination with your team members along with architecture, security, core services and others to deliver and support reliable, scalable, performant solutions. As a Product Led organization, technical teams work closely with our business partners to ensure OKRs are aligned to deliver the highest value possible to our customers. Develop a high-quality codebase, lead design discussions, execute development against design, and navigate complex codebase. Responsible for development implementation of technical design within a defined set of teams. Implement high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state solution. Lead the analysis of the technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
