Overview
The Manager, Sales Policy Program is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, user-friendly sales policies that are easy to understand, navigate, and apply. This role focuses on creating best-in-class policy frameworks that enhance sales rep productivity and effectiveness while aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Reimagine and redesign sales policies to make them more intuitive, accessible, and easy to comprehend for sales representatives of all experience levels
• Create innovative ways to present and distribute policies, such as interactive digital platforms, mobile apps, or AI-assisted tools that make policy navigation effortless
• Develop and implement a user-centric approach to policy creation, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and practical applicability in day-to-day sales activities
• Lead sales policy team and ensure adherence to policy SLAs
• Develop metrics to measure policy comprehension, adherence, and effectiveness among sales representatives
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with sales representatives to understand pain points in current policy comprehension and application
• Implement a continuous improvement process for policies, regularly reviewing and updating them to ensure they remain clear, relevant, and best-in-class
• Lead initiatives to benchmark our policy framework against industry leaders and incorporate best practices
• Create and implement training programs that effectively communicate new and updated policies in an engaging and memorable way
• Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of new policy initiatives that balance simplicity with comprehensiveness
• Present innovative policy solutions and their potential impact on sales performance to senior leadership
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in Sales Policy Management or Programming.
• Ability to lead/manage others.
• Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position $83,160-$154,440 salary . If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
