Additional Job Description Associate degree or higher preferred, with 7 years of experience in healthcare, legal/ risk, or the insurance industry, including at least 5 years’ experience in a health information management type setting. Demonstrated proficiency using computers in a workplace setting. Must be detail-oriented & able to work effectively with complex stakeholders. RHIA, RHIT, and/or PM certification preferred. Skills include ability to problem-solve complex EHR, chart correction, and/or Identity issues and the ability to represent the department with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
