WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

A Stock Manager for our Aventura Boutique. This role is key in providing support to the Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor clients keeping client in mind. As well ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.

As well understanding and improving operation excellence through initiatives and collaborating with the Store team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Handling:
• Guarantee all stockroom guidelines are rigidly followed
• Liaise with the Store Manager to optimize stockroom management
• Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in after sales activities and repairs.
• Maintain order in the warehouse and lay out the products according to stockroom procedures criteria.
• Register the goods into the IT system
• Ensure that all transport documents are rightly filed, both manually and in the IT System
• Prepare the goods to be sent to clients, other stores or Company plants
• Deal with end of season returns and product transfers
• Liaise with couriers to ensure the correct timing of deliveries
• Manage Staff Uniforms
• Advise managers on operational activities needed or improvement
• Coordinate and share operational activities in its building with managers to gain support
• contact with logistic platform internal (Valentino) and external (request most of the time problem solving skills)
• Has Department Stores “smart” contacts to facilitate some requests and actions
• Manage Staff uniforms (order, remittance, and spare uniforms)
• Monitoring the level of the no core material (eg. Packaging, stationary, client tools)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff

Inventory:
• Undertake regular stock checks as required and promptly transfer all information regarding stock to the Store Manager and/or Ops Manager.
• Constantly ensure all the necessary measures for the safety of valuable products, materials and furnishings
• Verify that the product is untouched and transfers all relevant issues to the Store Manager (following the company damage procedure)
• Put on the products anti-theft and price tags, in case needed and position items on the sales floor.
• Check, follow up and solve negatives with HQ Operations and Store Management Team
• Prepare and lead the cycle, half, or yearly Store inventory
• Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
• Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.

Customer service:
• Assist the team members in managing all delicate situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, customer returns, repairs, complaints), ensuring the respect of Company procedures regarding sales and after sales processes

Team coaching:
• Making sure that digital systems and tools and personal user are properly used, and pointing out potential

Omnichannel:
• Ensure the omnichannel process is thoroughly followed up according to the agreed service level and suggest improvements where needed

Security & maintenance:
• Participate in store maintenance
• Participate in windows set-up
• Guarantees warehouse maintenance to make the furnishings, machineries and all tools as efficient as possible

Requirements:
• Previous experience in stock/operations role and leading a team.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail
• Must have experience in Ready to Wear and Accessories
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Foreign language is a plus
• Must be a team player
• Flexible to retail schedule and hours
