POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

Job Description:

Assist owner with daily task management and prioritization. Spearhead special administrative projects to help company efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Fully manage owners’ email & calendar, bringing focus and priority to the highest impact items.
• Attend important meetings, take notes, and manage the next steps.
• Meet with leadership regularly to update and review all active projects and current results.
• Organize & maintain company documents through data entry and filing systems.
• Assist with managing A/P tasks.
• Onboard new vendors/customers.
• Perform clerical tasks as the voice of the company for inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage social media & website.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position. Construction office experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 software products; SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Position is in-person, must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

Compensation:
• Salaried Position starting at $60,000.00.
• Accrued paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
