Universal Utility Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our sales team. The Business Development Coordinator will develop sales strategies and attract new clients. This individual will accomplish all facets of the process surrounding the business to business pre-qualification and setup. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of services. This position will work independently, as well as closely with other sales team members and other members of management and ownership.

Responsibilities
• Brainstorm new project strategies
• Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Maintain standard understanding of the basic functions and duties of our crews
• Research and knowledge of company functions and capabilities
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and create status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customers’ schedules
• Maintain involvement through entire process of obtaining a project
• Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Requirements and skills
• 2 years of telecommunication, utilities, and power industries is required
• Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and through email
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Uphold strong company values and ethics towards confidentiality
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard drug screen and fit for duty physical. Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (NO DUIs or excessive points).

Salary: $65,000-80,000
