As a senior software developer in Property IT, you’ll provide technical leadership to a growing Service Management team focused on enhancing and supporting the Policy systems for Homeowners Insurance (or Property Insurance). You’ll understand the current state of the IT service management process and practices, make recommendations, and implement the future state for the Policy System. In this role, you’ll work to reduce the time needed to restore services, in turn, decreasing lead time to value. This is a remote position for US based work only. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications. - In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience. - In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
