Job Summary: Join a small team with a manufacturing company that collaborates to continually improve to be world class! In this role you will manufacturing teams to coordinate efforts to optimize Accra-Fab’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system called “Kinetic by Epicor”.
Qualifications:
· Excellent Project Management Skills
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical ability
· Process oriented and focused (process engineering a plus)
· Very strong computer skills, incl. Windows, Excel, Database
· Experience with ERP Systems preferred (programming a plus)
· Ability to work well with others / in teams
· Focus and operate with a sense of urgency
Duties/Responsibilities:
ERP System Improvements
• Coordinate ERP system related root cause and corrective actions
• Coordinate ERP system improvements
• Coordinate and lead projects and meetings associated with the ERP
• Maintain up to date ERP priorities and action items
• Identify when 3rd party resources are required and why
• Coordinate researching and utilizing ERP system 3rd party resources if necessary
ERP System Upgrades
• Coordinate “End to End’ testing of major upgrades per the “ERP Upgrade Handling” EUP
• Coordinate and ensure successful completion of all ERP functional testing
• Assists team members with newly developed ERP functions and capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve the upgrade process
ERP System Capabilities
• Develop a full understanding of all ERP capabilities and functions
• Work with Teams on specific and overall ERP use and management
• Write Business Activity Queries (BAQ’s), create dashboards and train others in their use
• Understand Business Process Management (BPM), identify and make recommendations for use
• Research and develop Work Flows in the ERP software and train others
• Understand User Defined Fields (UDF’s), identify and make recommendations for application
Improved Processes and Procedures
• Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes & procedures.
• Ensure compliance with and follow documented Quality ISO/AS9100 requirements.
• Support and contribute to the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Encourage continuous rapid improvement throughout the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
