Exciting Career Opportunity in San Antonio! Join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate for our new San Antonio location. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to excel in this role. Candidates with insurance industry experience, including CSR or sales, are encouraged to apply. We are an independent agency with numerous carriers to market with. The sky is the limit if you are an experienced agent look for a better commission split. Serious inquiries with 1+ years of insurance sales or service experience are required.
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
• Efficiently handle multiple phone calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and display a friendly yet professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and multiple online systems
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions
• Maintain existing book and service clients
• Help new leads and new clients obtain insurance policies in the area
Requirements
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is mandatory
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Bilingual (Spanish) - REQUIRED
