Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in using Large Language Model (LLM) in software development. The role focuses on designing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs while also working on Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems. You will work closely with the Team Lead and contribute to various AI and data-centric projects across the company, helping to build cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
• Work with pre-existing machine learning models, fine-tune them, and integrate them into software applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to solve challenging problems.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven features within larger software products.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar language used for ML.
• Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong software development skills and ability to integrate AI components into software solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Bonus
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Background in software engineering or data engineering.
