Maintain stock levels: The Retail Stock Associate will be responsible for keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that the store is stocked with the latest styles and sizes.

Organize merchandise: This role requires the Retail Stock Associate to have a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is neatly displayed and easy for customers to locate.

Receive and process shipments: The Retail Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, sorting, and tagging items.

Maintain store cleanliness: It is the responsibility of the Retail Stock Associate to keep the store clean and organized. This includes tidying up displays, sweeping and mopping the floor, and ensuring all merchandise is in its designated place.

Assist with visual merchandising: The Retail Stock Associate will work closely with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain the overall aesthetic of the store.

Provide excellent customer service: While the primary focus of this role is stock management, the Retail Stock Associate will also be required to assist customers on the sales floor and provide excellent customer service.

Collaborate with team members: The Retail Stock Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store. This may include helping out with tasks outside of their primary responsibilities.

Follow company policies and procedures: It is the responsibility of the Retail Stock Associate to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and dress code.

Meet productivity goals: The Retail Stock Associate will be expected to meet productivity goals set by the company, such as processing a certain number of items per hour or completing tasks within a specific time frame.

Continuously improve processes: The Retail Stock Associate should be proactive in identifying ways to improve stock management processes and make suggestions for more efficient and effective methods.
