We've recently seen our Google ads performance drop from around 50,000 impressions per day to around 6,000, and our revenue drop by 90%. This started around 12th July, which also coincided with us changing our shopify theme. We're not sure of the two are related but we can't figure out what could have caused such a catastrophic drop in performance.
We've made no changes to our ad strategy and can see no history of changes.
We did notice in our analytics report that a lot of changes had been made by "the system", but we're not sure if this has had an effect on the reporting of google ads.
We need someone who can take a look at our shopify/google integrations, including the various google tags we have set up, and getting our ads back up and running,
We are capable of creating our own ad campaigns, we just need to make sure that the reporting is working and accurate.
