Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough claim investigations
• Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses
• Consult police and hospital records
• Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage
• Inspect property and auto damages and write repair estimates
• Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
• Use claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust loss in a paperless environment
• Provide professional customer service
• Become a certified and active Arbitration Panelist
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salary: The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $76,000 annually, with additional benefits including a company car, stock options, paid time off, and 401K with company match.
