Our client's eCommerce Department is seeking a dynamic Manager of Omnichannel Strategy to drive growth initiatives. This role is crucial in shaping the future of customer experience across all channels. The position requires a deep understanding of retail strategies and digital transformation. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence in Pleasanton, CA, two days a week.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Analysis and Insights
• Analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning and Execution
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
• Develop and measure comprehensive Omnichannel strategies aligned with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, shopper experience, loyalty, analytics, finance, and IT.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track initiatives and ensure accountability to deadlines and goals.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and present findings to Senior Leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in management consulting, focused on the retail industry.
• Expertise in PowerPoint for presenting findings to Senior Leadership.
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel strategies and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills (Excel, SQL is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with high energy, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
