Position Description:
The Ryan White Financial Analyst II is responsible for providing clinical and financial data coordination and collaborative reporting for the Ryan White Part B Program (KCCP). The Financial Analyst II will provide analysis of and distribute quantitative reports of essential program services. This position will use critical analysis to assist the Program Director in developing programmatic forecasting. This position is responsible for independently managing specific data entry and collection to ensure data integrity and HRSA/HAB compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with Ryan White Data Manager regarding quality and performance reporting via the CAREWare Database, a web-based program used to record Ryan White services.
• Coordinate with Senior Financial Coordinator regarding program budget updates and financial analytics requirements.
• Ensure data quality & performance monitoring through continuous review of CAREWare data for the Kentuckiana Regional Planning & Development Agency (KIPDA) service region.
• Develop monthly financial analytics reports for Part B program accounts.
• Maintain CAREWare settings, user accounts, services contracts, field values, and improve -general use of the system.
• Support UofL 550 Clinic CAREWare users through troubleshooting, creation of custom reports, and ad hoc technical assistance and training.
• Develop and provide formal web-based and in-person training and technical assistance related to CAREWare data entry and state/federal reporting requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual State data reports for grant proposals.
• Create quarterly report to monitor MCM case load performance for quality indicators in accordance with HRSA/HAB performance measures.
• Develop Ryan White Part B quarterly financial indicators report using Excel based on and other factors that contribute to program sustainability.
• Analyze financial reports, including data on program expenditures and support service performance indicators to help program leadership with operational forecasts.
• Create financial models and use them to recommend expansion, cost-cutting ideas or revenue growth streams.
• Cross train with Sr Financial Coordinator and serve as backup support for Provide Enterprise financial data support.
• Serve as backup support for Part C/D client level data analytics in collaboration with Senior Financial Coordinator.
• Other duties as assigned.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$77,600.00
Target Compensation Minimum:
$51,700.00
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
