I am seeking a dedicated Channel Sales Support Representative to assist our channel partners in closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition to post-sale operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT and SaaS industry.
As a Channel Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
-Managing open deals and continuing engagement with channel sales representatives
-Closing service and onboarding contracts post-sale
-Coordinating the handoff procedure from sales to account management and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce
A passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
