About Us: We are a household seeking an exceptional caretaker to maintain our property with the utmost care and precision. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills, ensuring that every aspect of the estate is managed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Property Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of all areas within the estate, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. This involves regular cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring that the property is always in pristine condition.
• Detail-Oriented Care: Monitor and maintain high standards for all estate furnishings, vehicles, and other valuable items. Ensure that every detail, from the arrangement of decor to the condition of the floors, is attended to with precision.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the property owner, household, and any external service providers. Communicate effectively to ensure that all requests, concerns, and instructions are handled promptly and professionally.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate various household tasks, including the scheduling of maintenance services, deliveries, and other logistical arrangements.
• Inventory Management: Keep detailed records of inventory, including household supplies and maintenance tools. Ensure that stock levels are maintained and that all items are stored properly.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise with the property, using a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals and teams.
• Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules, including occasional weekend or evening work if required.
• Discretion: High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and respecting the privacy of the household.

-spraying weeds
-spraying for bugs and termites
-watering flowers
-dead heading flowers
-lawn mowing
-application of weed/feed to lawn
-trimming
-pruning trim trees
-fogging yard
-hot tub maintenance
-sweep/vacuum garage and pole barn
-wash/detail lawn equipment
-wash/detail snowmobile and trailer
-wash/detail vehicles
-blow off driveway, sidewalks, patio, keeping them free of debris
-minor painting and touch up
-washing and cleaning windows
-general maintenance and repairs
-Snowplowing, salting, and shoveling
