Role Overview (🔴Equity-Only till funding):
Lead & innovate in Android & iOS app development, mentoring a team while pushing the boundaries of technology in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves (🔴Hard reqs, No exceptions):
• 6+ years in Flutter/Dart mobile app development.
• * UI/UX design.
• Experienced in Node.js APIs, AWS, DevOps, MySQL.
Essentials:
• Distinguished talented Flutter expert with unmatched skills (One Man Army):
• Ability to take full ownership of app projects - from conception to deployment.
• Ensure excellence in code quality & app performance.
• Lead with emerging technologies to boost efficiency.
• Drive collaboration & innovation within our lean team.
• Self-sufficient, excellent communicator with PM skills.
Preferred:
• Python
• React.js, Next.js, Tailwind.css.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in software development.
• Knowledge of app optimization & AWS.
