Koenig is currently searching for a qualified Delivery Driver supporting our Team and Customers at the Dealership's Rushville, IN location.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform assigned work in accordance with schedule. If completion cannot be met, or additional work is discovered, notify the operations coordinator responsible for scheduling so a recovery plan can be developed
• Timely and accurate delivery of customer parts to designated drop-off locations
• Secure loads in accordance with KEI standards
• Maintain forklift operating certification within KEI
• Complete daily inspection of assigned vehicle. Immediately report needs to SME
• Pre-plan driving routes to ensure efficient and effective movement of loads
• Communicate continuously with SME for required permits
• Adhere to KEI standards for appearance
• Keep accurate time records on all work performed
• Professionally interact with customers when required
• Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant transportation experience
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred
• Basic knowledge of operating lawn and grounds care equipment
• Must have clean driving record past 5 years and pass pre-employment background screen
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
