Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

HartleyCo has partnered with an awesome not-for-profit organisation that continues to do great work for UK Wildlife.
I'm looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer with strong MVC experience to join a small Development team. You’ll be the main developer on a key project, setting up the structure and codebase for a web app that will shape future development.
What You’ll Be Working On:
An app will help Local Environmental teams report on their data and replacing an old desktop tool.
About You:
• Experienced with MVC frameworks (Grails, Jakarta EE, Spring)
• Strong in database-driven web apps, schema migrations, and ORM tools like Hibernate
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Linux
• Good eye for UX, even if you’re not a designer
We’re flexible and fully remote, with a small, supportive team. If you’re passionate about making a difference and enjoy both teamwork and solo projects, we’d love to hear from you. Must be UK-based and eligible to work in the UK.
