Salary compensation range: \(92,500 - \)115,500 - $138,500 annually.

Skills
• Knowledge of and experience in prototyping/developing human language technology components/systems
• Ability to apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to human language technology processing challenges
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
• Ability to work independently to learn new technologies and methods
• Demonstrated experience with large language models
Responsibilities
• Research, develop, evaluate, and integrate HLT capabilities
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams to develop AI and HLT solutions
• Analyze language processing needs and recommend innovative solutions
• Prototype HLT systems or components based on operational mission needs
• Evaluate technology solutions in the context of mission data and workflow needs
• Convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences through briefings and white papers
• Lead projects or small teams to solve complex HLT problems for our sponsors
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, linguistics, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in prototyping/developing human language technology components/systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
• Minimum of 50% hybrid on-site work required
