Responsibilities
- Full time top of funnel SDR role focused on cold calling, getting through gatekeepers, asking discovery questions, and booking demos
- Providing accurate and complete documentation in the company CRM
- Constantly maintaining activity logs/accountability and building relationships with partners and client end users
- Consistently follow up with pipeline of leads by phone call, text, and email outreach
- Collaborating and consulting with internal departments to coordinate identification of potential product improvements
- Commitment to continuous improvement and constant learning
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
- Hit at least 90% of quota targets monthly (Demo’s Set)
Requirements
- 1 years of sales experience selling software solutions to B2B customers, with a track record of top performance
- Demonstrated success at achieving targets throughout sales cycle (specifically setting Demo’s for Account Executives)
- Demonstrated ability to follow scripting and utilize straight line persuasion methodologies
- Excellent time management and organization skills to ensure an opportunity moves through the pipeline as quickly as possible
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly, both verbally and in writing
- Reliability, accountability, and follow through driven by mastery of self-management and productivity
- Strong preference for a candidate that has experience selling in the food industry, eCommerce, or SaaS.
