Job Description:
• Serve as the Pentagon Force Protection Agency Emergency Escape Mask Program (PFPA EEM) POC/Training Coordinator for ESD personnel, including training completion tracking and EEM distribution
• Serve as the POC/Training Coordinator for all ESD personnel training and learning programs, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and payment
• Provide ESD programs weekly status reports to Director and Assistant Directors
• Manage ESD Parking Program
• Track and edit all incoming correspondence to the Director and Deputy Director
• Resolve all ESD issues with Defense Travel System (DTS), administer Metro Card program, process all ESD personnel awards
• Serve as alternate Emergency Planning Coordinator POC for Continuity of Operations (COOP) exercises and plans
• Serve as the event coordinator for Directorate or Division wide meetings and as the POC/liaison for all inquiries about ESD program and operations
Job Requirements:
• Active Department of Defense (DOD) Secret clearance (upgradeable to Top Secret)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or relevant military experience
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently to identify and create solutions for issues surrounding program and personnel management
