Job Description:
Wallflower Merch is seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee our digital printing production, ensuring the quality and accuracy of prints and colors, while also contributing to graphic design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee digital printing production, approving prints and colors for quality.
• Create original graphic designs for apparel, promotional materials, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Prepare digital assets for printing, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Maintain organized digital files and project documentation.
Qualifications:
• Proven graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory
• Knowledge of typography and branding principles
• Familiarity with digital asset management and file preparation for printing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Bonus Skills:
• Photography and videography experience.
• Social media content creation skills.
• Basic web design or HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Illustration skills.
