Job Description And Duties

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) working in the Division of Codes and Standards’ (C&S) El Cajon District Office (EC), the incumbent provides assistance to the public and industry for mobilehome titling and registration, and other related functions administered by the Department. The incumbent represents the Department in direct contact with the general public, owners, dealers, financial institutions and other representatives of the mobilehome industry. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

This position is eligible for hybrid telework under California Government Code Section 14200. Under California Government Code Section 14200, this position is eligible for hybrid telework and may be eligible for full-time remote work in some circumstances and/or time-periods, at the sole discretion of the Department. Telework-eligible applicants must reside in California. Headquarter location will be designated on the selected candidate's primary residence location. This is subject to change if HCD's criteria is met.
