Who we're looking for
As the Partner Business Director, you will be at the forefront of driving Zendesk’s partner ecosystem performance. This role requires a strategic leader who can support the SVP of Partner to ensure we operate in line with our strategic goals. This role requires an independent thinker with exceptional organizational and communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross functionally and be able to manage complex projects
What you'll be doing
• Execute a structured ROB to maintain focus on sales targets, ensuring consistent performance against goalsOversee cross functional projects across departments to drive the partner agenda
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve business performance- Prepare quarterly business reviews and ensure effective communication of decisions and strategies
• Assist in the development and execution of the partner teams strategic goals and objectives
• Help foster a positive high performance partner culture creating cross functional best practices
• Ensure the team has access to the right tools and resources, developing and executing an operational plan that aligns with sales objectives.
• Manage business finances to support business
• Special projects: lead and manage special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget- and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation and aligned with business goals
What you bring to the role
• 10+ years in partner programs, channel management, or corporate communications, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Proven experience in building collaborative relationships across teams to drive results.
• Program Development: Demonstrated expertise in building and implementing partner programs, with a strong understanding of channel strategy and focus on delivering exceptional partner experiences.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities with a focus on achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $181,000.00-$271,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
