Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Golling Buick GMC. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the dealership, including financing options, lending procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Finance Department: Oversee the finance and insurance operations of the dealership, including supervising the finance team, training staff, and ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.
• Customer Financing: Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases, explaining loan options, terms, and rates. Work with various financial institutions to obtain the best rates and terms for customers.
• Insurance Products: Present and sell insurance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other ancillary products to customers.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations, dealership policies, and ethical standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to sales, financing, and insurance products. Monitor the dealership's financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Negotiation: Negotiate loan terms with banks and other lending institutions to ensure competitive rates for customers.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues related to financing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from vehicle selection to financing, providing support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic, Team Player
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred, but not necessary
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and dealership management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to automotive finance.
